Just want to express my gratitude and thankfulness for the awesome job you guys have done with my Mesa. The sound is just superb in every aspect, not to mention we're all deaf in my family now, (my bad) ;), it absolutely roars and has such a fat and chunky sound. Thank you Sean and Pete especially for blood, sweat and tears you put in to fix this amazing amplifier and to Mick for his amazing customer service. You guys have definately built integrity and are surely one of the best music shops in Aus!

Thank you for another wonderful year of service to both of my schools and to my band parents. My name is Cameron.
ive got to say that you guys are awesome! ive had 3 of my guitars serviced and set-up and my ulbric amp serviced by you guys and i couldnt be happier with the results. Ive told my mates about you, and they can't get enough of Rivers either. one of them bought the skunkworks marshall head which is just phenomenal. i recently just picked up the maxon 808 which is soo much better. Mick really pointed me in the right direction with that one. he could have made $400 because i was orignally after the ibanez ts808 but Mick advised me of this better, original version :) You guys are always willing to help and never afraid to let people actually just try the gear.
Keep it up guys, because this is one very happy customer :)

The guys at River Music have to be the most helpful and professional retailers I have met in years. I was searching five days before Xmas for a musical instrument for my son and after ringing many music stores (who offered little-to-no help), I was lucky enough to get Dave and the team at River Music. They rang me back when they said they would, rang their suppliers for me and went "above and beyond" to help me out. I would drive from Bathurst to Windsoe again just to deal with them. If all retailers where like the blokes at River's Music, we would get back that great service that has been lost in a customer's shopping experience. You guys do AMAZING work, you know your stuff. Keep it up.
